This blog will cover and explain the specification for Edexcel triple science course 2013 Chemistry. Hope it helps :)
Thank you so much! I've got my mock triple awards IGCSE's and this has helped me so much! I was wondering what made you start your blogs (i also use your bio and physics ones) x
Its no problem! Well at first it was mainly because I thought it would be a good way for me to revise- by writing out notes- but then I also realised this would be a good opportunity to do the things I wish other people did with their resources: like tagging all the work; doing every point on the spec; make it look pretty ;) Infact I nearly stopped doing it half way through, but I got such lovely responses (like this one!) that I started doing it for the people who it was helping out! x
thank you so much, this is unreal!
Haha, its ok :)

this is a redox reaction between a metal and a non metal and since its asking for a description i think it is better to say: the metal is oxidised, forming a positive ion&the hydrogen in the acid is reduced, forming the element hydrogen as a gas&the reaction between an acid and a metal forms hydrogen gas and a ionic salt compound
A good way to remember this is MASH (Metal + Acid --> Salt + Hydrogen)
This is life saving! thanks!!!
I was 12 when you started this and now I'm using it for my revision. Unbelievable.
