4.8 describe experiments to prepare insoluble salts using precipitation reactions
Silver nitrate and sodium chloride are added together, the product, silver chloride is made, this salt is insoluable and so will form a white precipitate in the solution.
A precipitate reaction simply involves you mixing 2 solutions together one of the solutions contains the positive ions you want in the salt and the other solution contains the negative ions you want in the salt
Not sure if you need to know the method but here it is for anyone who wants to know

Filter the mixture
Wash with distilled water
then set aside to dry and crystallize
