2.26 describe the combustion of hydrogen

The combustion of hydrogen is its reaction with oxygen.
Water is created. and a lot of energy.
2H2 + O2 > 2H2O

    1. Yes, you're right.
      Energy is released when bonds in the products are formed. (it is also absorbed when the bonds in the reactants are broken but this doesn't happen as much in this reaction so there is a net output of energy)
      I'm affraid that's all I know ;P
